"Freedom" is a classic clean Guatemalan washed coffee. It has been roasted to a darker medium delivering rich notes of dark chocolate and toffee while cooling down to reveal a bright citrusy finish reminiscent of fresh orange juice and peel. Designed to be enjoyed on its own or with milk, giving you freedom to drink it each day as the mood strikes. 

The quetzal, Guatemala's national bird, symbolises freedom as it cannot live in captivity. A beautiful symbol to remind us that "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free".  (Galatians 5:1)
